	STAFF: The staff is composed of the best people that we have been able to find. They are well trained and experienced in orthodontics. Our main clinical staff member is Mrs. Louise McVicar. She is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She is also an expert laboratory technician. Her husband of 36 years works at Keystone Foods. Jeanie her oldest daughter is a ultra-sound technician in Rome, GA. and is the proud mother of Louise's only grandchild Chace. Her youngest daughter Chelsea is presently attending Gadsden State, in pursuit of a degree in Nursing. Her only son Gary, is married to Ashley and lives in Gadsden.
	Our Patient coordinator is Chasity West of Boaz. Chasity has two children Cody, age 14. And Gracie, age 3. Chasity has over 11 years experience in office management. She will be assisting you with your initial appointment and be avaliable to you though out your experience with our practice. Chasity is not only an employee of Rainbow Orthodontics and Dr. Grimes, she is also a patient. So she understands your treatment first hand.
